Chad Rubin

Chad Rubin has a diverse and impressive work experience. Starting from 2010, they served in various roles in the United States Air Force, including Test Director, Director of Staff, C-5M Instructor Pilot, Air Mobility Program Manager & Senior Air Advisor, Operations Group Executive Officer, and Aircrew Training Manager. During their tenure, they led complex projects, supervised test teams, and provided strategic advice to Iraqi General Officers. In 2020, Chad joined Outlander Labs as a Defense Ventures Fellow and completed a capstone project. Later, in 2021, they worked as a Business Analyst at Second Front Systems, where they contributed to process improvements, drove growth, and developed business strategies. Chad also co-founded Silver Lining Home Healthcare in 2013, successfully selling the business in 2021 after growing it to 160 employees. Currently, they are working as the Mission Ops Lead at RRAI.

Chad Rubin has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Operations Research from the United States Air Force Academy. Chad also holds a Master of Science (MS) in Project Management from the University of Management and Technology. In addition, they attended Y Combinator's Startup School for Future Founders. Recently, in 2021, they completed a course on "Navigating Next" at Shift. Chad also has several certifications, including "Management Excellence at Microsoft: Model, Coach, Care" from LinkedIn and "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" from Microsoft. Chad has obtained certifications in various fields, such as Agile Meets Design Thinking, Engineering Level 1, Program Management Level I, and more. Chad also holds a TS/SCI Clearance from the United States Air Force.
