Heather Theisen

Heather Theisen is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and transitions. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Elara Caring since January 2024, Heather previously held the same position at Forterra from September 2022 to February 2024 and worked as a Financial Analyst at Optum from May 2021 to September 2022. Prior to these roles, Heather spent nearly a decade at IBM in various financial positions, including Financial Transition Coordinator and Integration Analyst. Earlier career experience includes roles at Scheels and National Vision, along with significant involvement in business consulting and leadership initiatives while studying at St. Cloud State University. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. Cloud State University.
