James Hendrickson

James Hendrickson is a System Engineer at Anduril Industries since July 2024, following a role as Senior System Engineer at Forterra from June 2021 to July 2024. At Forterra, James led design and requirements elicitation, developed functional and physical architectures using Cameo System Modeler, and implemented model-based system engineering practices to enhance traceability. James created automated tools that streamlined processes and significantly reduced update times, and orchestrated the development of essential defense contract documentation. James also mentored interns and junior engineers, sharing knowledge on requirements development and best practices in MBSE. James holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
