Jane Santini has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 with their role as a Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they facilitated collaboration between industry stakeholders and the Department of Homeland Security. In 2007, they joined New Markets Venture Partners as an Associate before moving to The MITRE Corporation as a Communications Engineer. In this role, they modeled next-generation radios and managed a team of engineers. In 2010, they worked as a Summer Associate at Wells Fargo Securities before joining DC Advisory in 2011. At DC Advisory, they held various roles including Vice President, Director, and Associate. Their most recent role was as the VP of Finance at RRAI, starting in 2023.
Jane Santini earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland in 2005. Jane later pursued a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications from the same university, completing it in 2009. Jane then went on to attend The Wharton School, where they obtained their MBA in Finance and Accounting in 2011.
