Nicholas Harrison is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Forterra, with extensive experience in high precision motion-controlled systems for various industries including semiconductor and medical. Previously, Nicholas served as the Integrated Systems Engineering Group Leader at Aerotech, Inc., where leadership involved guiding a team of engineers through the design and development processes, and also held a role as a Mechanical Engineer, focusing on custom designs from concept to production. Earlier experience includes a Research Assistant position at ZeMA gGmbH, where Nicholas contributed to human-robot collaboration research, and a Production Intern role at FARO Technologies, Inc., focusing on production lab layout and product testing. Nicholas holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
