Sandra Sifuentes

Sandra Sifuentes has extensive work experience in quality management and leadership roles. Sandra is currently working as the Head of Quality at RRAI since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Quality at Archer from 2021 to 2023. Sandra also served as the Director of Quality at Triumph Group from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they worked in various directorial roles at Raytheon and Zodiac Aerospace. Sandra has also worked at Nokia, where they were responsible for managing a quality renewal project, and at Honeywell Aerospace, where they held multiple quality management positions and led globalization efforts. Sandra also has experience in the United States Navy, where they served as a Lieutenant and held various leadership roles.

Sandra Sifuentes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from Pennsylvania State University-University Park, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Sandra also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration­ Global Management from the University of Phoenix, completed in 2005. In 2007, Sandra received a Certificate in Global Management from Thunderbird Corporate Learning.
