Renante Donida Smieee

Renante Donida SMIEEE is a seasoned Principal Design Engineer with extensive experience in electrical engineering, having worked as a Substation Design Engineer specializing in protection and control systems for high-voltage substations since January 2023. Renante has held key positions across various companies, such as Senior Electrical Engineer at Planate Management Group and Lead Electrical Engineer at ACCIONA, contributing to significant projects including US Naval Facility rehabilitations and detailed engineering design for electrical systems. Previous roles include engineering oversight for large-scale power plants and substations in multiple countries, along with engineering support for LNG projects in Russia and Qatar. Renante holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Western Mindanao State University, complemented by a Post Graduate Certificate in Programmable Logic Controllers from the University of the Philippines.
