Prior to this, Simon was the Head of SCADA Engineering, Controls and Commissioning at Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc. from October 2016 to May 2020. Simon also has experience as a Senior Global Manager at First Solar Inc. and as a Senior Manager at Perot Systems Corporation. Simon holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
