Erin Wiggins

As Chief Compliance Officer, Erin leads the company’s global compliance functions, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements worldwide. He oversees the company’s ethical business practices as part of its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, including ESG-related regulations, reporting standards, and company commitments.

Erin also serves as the General Counsel of Global Services, which includes Williams Lea by RRD. In that role, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the segment including contracting, employment, and litigation in coordination with the RRD legal team.

Erin brings a business-minded approach to compliance, with extensive experience across employment law, contracts, intellectual property, and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining RRD through the acquisition of Williams Lea, he served as General Counsel and Litigation Associate for global organizations, guiding them through complex legal and operational challenges.
