Melissa Roberson

Melissa Roberson is a servant leader with a focus on process improvement, project management, and risk management. Currently, they serve as the Director of Process Engineering at RR Donnelley and previously held the same title at Vericast. Melissa has extensive experience at USAA as a Program Project Manager and has contributed in various roles, including Business Architect and Risk Management Advisor. They earned a Master's degree in Insurance Management from Boston University and are currently pursuing a degree in Economics at The University of Texas at Austin.
