Sanjay Dube

Sanjay Dube, PMP, currently serves as the Engineering Director for Specialty Chemicals, Energy & Sustainability at Ascend Performance Materials, where responsibilities include leading process development, engineering, production engineering, contract manufacturing, and technical functions related to mergers and acquisitions. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at GE, where Sanjay held various positions, including Technology EXPERT (Fellow) and Process Technology Manager, contributing to multimillion-dollar product portfolios and pioneering several patents that significantly improved cost and energy efficiency in chemical processes. Sanjay began a career in research as an Assistant at Tennessee Technological University, focusing on thermodynamic modeling and phase equilibrium calculations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, and a Stanford University SCPM.
