Lorena Ricci is an accomplished professional currently serving as an Advisor and Founder Associate at rready AG since May 2021, providing strategic advice to the CEO while traveling as a digital nomad. Lorena holds a strong background in customer success and innovation, having progressed from Customer Success Manager to VP Customer at GETKICKBOX, contributing significantly to the company’s customer strategy and operational structures over five years. Prior experience includes leadership roles in project management at Trimarca Strategie + Design and Grass Roots, as well as experience as an Academic Trainee at the Consulate General of Switzerland in Atlanta and an International Flight Attendant with Swiss International Air Lines.
