Joe Sarver is the Vice President of Centralized Maintenance Operations at RRHA. Prior to their current position, Joe worked as an Operations Manager at Delta Automation where Joe provided technical, administrative, and management support. With extensive experience in maintenance administration, Joe directed mechanical systems maintenance operations for public housing and commercial buildings at Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority. Joe also worked as an Energy Analyst at Roache Mercer & Faison Consulting Engineers focusing on energy conservation in commercial buildings. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Physics from Virginia Commonwealth University.
