Brian Kerns has extensive experience in human resources and compensation analysis. Brian currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Rutland Regional Medical Center, where Brian oversees various HR functions for a large employee base. Prior to this, Brian held roles in compensation analysis and HR management at Office Depot and The TJX Companies, Inc. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and English Literature from the University of Vermont and a Master's in Administration from Saint Michael's College.
