Frank Duran

Frank Duran is an experienced project manager with a robust background in civil engineering. Currently serving as Project Manager at RRP Consulting Engineers LLC since June 2023, Duran previously held similar positions at S & B Infrastructure, Ltd. from August 2014 to August 2023, and at USIBWC from 2010 to June 2014, where responsibilities included managing levee construction and operations projects. Earlier in the career, Duran worked as a civil engineer at Moreno Cardenas Inc. focusing on local construction projects and at RBF Consulting, where involvement in land development and construction management occurred. Duran earned a degree from New Mexico State University between 1999 and 2003.
