Maxim Vasyunin

Maxim Vasyunin has an extensive work experience in various legal roles. Maxim started their career as a Legal Specialist at Avtomir in 2005 and later worked as a Legal Counsel at ASBIS from 2006 to 2008. Maxim then joined SELA as a Legal Counsel and Deputy Head of Legal from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they joined National Bank TRUST as the Head of Legal in the Non-core Assets Department, where they worked until 2014. Maxim then moved to AKVION Pharmaceutical Company and served as the Head of Legal from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they are working at RRT Global as the Executive Director and Legal Director since September 2019.

Maxim Vasyunin has studied European Business Law: Understanding the Fundamentals at Lund University in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in criminal law from Oryol Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, completing their education there in 2004.
