Kevin Houck

Kevin Houck is a dedicated IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and analysis. Currently serving as a System Engineer at rrtQ INC since January 2020, Kevin has previously held the position of Systems Analyst IV at Retail Business Services, an Ahold-Delhaize company, where responsibilities included maintaining a BigFix environment of over 30,000 endpoints and managing Group Policy objects. Kevin's career began at Delhaize America, LLC, where service spanned multiple roles, including Senior Client & Systems Vulnerability Engineer, focusing on managing BigFix for 20,000 clients across various locations. Education includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Engineering and Computer Programming from Stanly Community College, and additional coursework at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
