James Dearing

James Dearing is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Manager at RS Clare & Co Limited since February 2017, where responsibilities encompass projects, maintenance, environmental health and safety (EHS), and quality management. Prior to this role, James spent nearly eight years at Cargill, initially as a Technical Management Trainee, followed by positions as Project Engineer and Refinery Coordinator, managing operations for soya and rape oil refineries. James began a career at ExxonMobil as a Process Technology and Applications Development Engineer intern, focusing on process optimization and maintenance. James holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath and participated in an Erasmus placement at LUT University.
