Kim O'Grady

Kim joined RS EDEN in 2020 with a focus on Data & Compliance within their Permanent Supportive Housing and Case Management program areas. Since then, that role has grown in scope and evolved to VP, Housing Stability & Services, which includes oversight of and partnership with the Leadership teams focused on Permanent Supportive Housing, Service Delivery and Programming and the Connection Centers (formerly Front Desks). Kim is a passionate advocate for equitable, high-quality service delivery and participant experience, and incorporates two decades of experience working within the Twin Cities Homeless Response systems in roles that include Street-Based Outreach, Case Management, Program Management and Director of Housing, to her work with participants and staff teams.
