Shantana Das

Ms. Shantana Das is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Trainee at Flipkart since June 2021. In addition, Ms. Das holds the position of Human Resources Team Lead at RS HR Team Solutions, a role maintained since December 2020, while also working as a Human Resources Executive at ElasticRun since November 2019. Prior to these roles, Ms. Das was an HR Manager at Avant Career Pvt Ltd since December 2016 and served as a Senior HR Recruiter at RS HR Team Solutions Pvt Ltd from June 2019 to December 2020. Ms. Das completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Calcutta University from 2004 to 2007 and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management at Amity University Online, starting in January 2024.
