Ergys Luga

Ergys Luga's work experience begins in 1996 as a former footballer for Dinamo Tirana youth. Ergys then went on to be a former footballer for SpVgg Unterhaching E.V. from 2007 to 2009. Starting in 2014, Luga worked as a football coach for Fc Flamurtari until 2016. In 2015, they were a coach for Fk Tirana from March to July. From 2016 to 2019, Luga served as the General Manager and a football coach for Fk Kamza. Ergys then became a football coach for Shenzhen from October 2019 to January 2021. Luga worked as the Technical Director for Jilin Profesional Football Club from January to May 2021. Currently, starting in May 2021, they are the Head Coach for Guangzhou U19 at RS Sports.

Ergys Luga has a diverse education history. In 2009, they began their studies at the University of Tirana, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies. Ergys successfully completed this program in 2012. In 2018, Ergys attended the International Olympic Committee (IOC) for a short period and obtained a certification in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management. Additionally, they obtained a Master's Degree in Coaching from UEFA (start and end years are not specified). Ergys has also obtained several certifications, including a Sport Club Administrator certification from the IOC in April 2018 and UEFA qualifications such as UEFA PRO and UEFA "A".
