Scott Holmes

Scott Holmes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Scott is currently the Chief Technology Officer at RS Technologies, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director at RS Technologies from July 2019 to January 2021. Before joining RS Technologies, Scott held the position of Director of Business Development at Highland Industries from November 2015 to June 2019. Scott also worked as an Independent Consultant from February 2009 to November 2015, serving as a Consultant. Scott has held various executive positions, including Vice President & General Manager at Vector Composites, Inc. from March 2011 to September 2015, and Sr. Vice President & General Manager at Utility Composite Solutions International, Inc. from January 2011 to September 2015. From 2009 to 2010, they were the President & Chief Executive Officer at Utility Composite Solutions. Additionally, Scott worked at V System Composites, holding the positions of Vice President, Engineering & East Coast Operations from July 2007 to February 2009, and Director, East Coast Operations from March 2005 to June 2007. Scott began their career at Boeing - Integrated Defense Systems in 1993, where they held various roles, including Program Management Specialist from August 2003 to February 2005, Engineer - Level 4 from June 2000 to August 2003, Senior Project Engineer from January 1998 to June 2000, and Senior Engineer from September 1993 to December 1997. Scott started their professional journey as a Research Engineer at the University of Delaware from June 1991 to August 1993.

Scott Holmes received their Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (B.M.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Scott then pursued further education and obtained a Master's in Mechanical Engineering (MME) with a specialization in Composites from the same university, graduating between 1990 and 1994. In addition to their degrees, Scott Holmes obtained a certification in Antitrust & Competition Law V2 from Traliant in October 2022.
