Scott Holmes received their Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (B.M.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Scott then pursued further education and obtained a Master's in Mechanical Engineering (MME) with a specialization in Composites from the same university, graduating between 1990 and 1994. In addition to their degrees, Scott Holmes obtained a certification in Antitrust & Competition Law V2 from Traliant in October 2022.
