Marlene Attard

Marlene Attard has moved to RS2 after gaining vast experience in business administration, human resource management, project management and change management with one of Malta’s largest Public Authorities. Marlene served as Director for Corporate Services within the Malta Environment and Planning Authority for the last four years and facilitated the 2010 MEPA reform, various projects in the past three years and its demerger in the past year.

Marlene holds a Masters in Business Administration, with further specialisation in Human Resources Management, from the University of Leicester. Additionally, she is a visiting lecturer with the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy at the University of Malta.
