Alex Griffiths

Alex Griffiths has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. They started their career as an Insurance Advisor and later became a Team Leader at The Insurance Service. They also worked as a Pub Manager at Ind Coop before returning to The Insurance Service as a Team Leader once again.

Alex then joined RSA Group as a Product Developer and later became a Support Services Manager. They also worked as a Change Consultant, providing HR consulting and business partnering services to various business units. In their role as an HR Consultant, Alex contributed to restructurings, talent management practices, and performance management strategies.

Continuing their career at RSA UK, Alex served as an Operations Leader for two years. They then joined Johnson Inc. as the Vice President of Operations, responsible for the execution and optimization of Johnson home-auto operations.

At Johnson Insurance, Alex served as the Chief Operating Officer for a short period.

Alex then joined RSA Canada as the Vice President of Operational Excellence, where they worked on driving continuous improvement initiatives and the implementation of digital solutions.

Currently, Alex is the Vice President of Operational Performance at Intact Insurance since 2021.

Alex Griffiths has a diverse education history that includes various degrees and certifications. Alex obtained a degree in General Business Management from INSEAD (CEDEP) between 2008 and 2009. In addition, Alex pursued a Post Grad HR degree at BPP Malpas from 2006 to 2009, specializing in Human Resources. Prior to these degrees, Alex obtained a degree in Business Studies from Filton Technical College, which took place from 1987 to 1989. Lastly, Alex completed a certification program at the RSA Executive Development Academy at the Ivey Business School at Western University in November 2019.
