Maimunah Abdool

Maimunah Abdool has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked at RSA Canada since November 1989, where roles have included Risk Sharing Pool Underwriter, Customer Information Services Consultant/Staff Underwriter, Personal Insurance Underwriter, and RSS Underwriter. Responsibilities include reviewing and pooling eligible risks, servicing customers across various lines of business, underwriting exception policies, and managing broker relationships. Prior to RSA Canada, Maimunah Abdool was a Senior Customer Service Representative at The Shopping Channel from October 1998 to October 2010, where responsibilities included building customer rapport and mentoring while resolving complex customer issues.
