Shannon Castonguay is a seasoned insurance professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a National Commercial Auto PD Adjuster at RSA Canada since February 2008, Shannon has held various positions, including Automotive Claims Adjuster, Agency Accounts Examiner, CSR National Billing Team, and Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities have ranged from managing complex claims and handling financial documentation to ensuring accurate billing processes. Prior experience includes working as a Sublimation Operator at Niko Apparel Systems. Shannon holds a Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Ontario and possesses an Honours degree in Travel & Tourism from the Toronto School of Business.
