Kate G. is a seasoned CX Designer currently contributing to RSA Conference since May 2024. Previously, Kate held the position of Senior UX Designer at nclud, where notable achievements included establishing a user research program and leading a significant website redesign for a philanthropic organization. As Co-Founder and Principal Designer at BlueSuit, Kate innovated processes that drastically reduced time for data extraction and authored a whitepaper on Lean UX methodologies. Kate’s earlier experience as UX Lead at Ideas By Nature involved guiding research-driven product development in the cryptocurrency space, while roles at Parragon Books Ltd. focused on enhancing children's books and educational apps. Kate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics and English Literature, with a minor in History, from the University at Buffalo, and a Master's Degree in English Literature from Buffalo State University.
