Andy Theodorou

Andy Theodorou is a highly experienced professional in the life sciences and healthcare sector, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at The RSA Group since April 2015, where a strong focus is applied to R&D, Medical, Market Access, and Commercial functions. Prior to this role, Andy founded and directed TLS Executive Search, emphasizing flexible recruitment solutions, and held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition for Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals at Alexander Mann Solutions. With a significant consulting background at Whitehead Mann, experience includes building client relationships and executing search assignments for senior leadership roles. Andy also has an extensive academic background, having served as Director of Research and Reader in Neuropharmacology at North East Surrey College of Technology, where research on antidepressant mechanisms was conducted, and as a Post-doctoral Scientist at St George's Hospital Medical School.
