Carolyn MacKenzie

Carolyn Mackenzie is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Commercial and Complex Claims Director and previously as the Complex Claims and Strategy Director at RSA since July 2012. Carolyn also holds the position of Board Member for the Insurance Corporation of the Channel Islands since February 2022 and has been a Board Member of the CII Claims Professional Community since March 2017. Additionally, Carolyn serves as the Chair of RSA Law's Board since February 2016. Carolyn's extensive experience includes roles at Munich Re from May 1997 to July 2012, where responsibilities included Claims Manager, Deputy Claims Manager, and Claims Specialist, along with initiating a career as a Graduate Trainee and Claims Specialist at RSA from October 1993 to May 1997.
