Edward Hale

Edward Hale is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and management. Currently serving as Chief Underwriting Officer for UK Specialty Lines at RSA since December 2018, Edward has held key positions such as Technical Director and Group Property Portfolio Director. Prior experience includes significant roles at AXA from March 2001 to December 2018, where Edward was Head of Property, among other managerial positions. Earlier in the career, Edward worked as a Property Underwriter at AIG and as a Commercial Underwriter at AXA. Edward holds a Master of Science in Insurance and Risk Management from Cass Business School, completed in 2012.
