Jennifer Francis

Jennifer Francis has extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as CHRO UK&I (Interim) at RSA since November 2011, where responsibilities include leading the People agenda and collaborating with various operating committees. Previously, roles included Reward, Talent & People Change Director, where Jennifer led Centres of Excellence focused on total reward, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as employee engagement and experience. Jennifer's earlier positions at RSA encompassed Head of People and HR roles that involved transformation projects through acquisitions and integration. Prior to RSA, Jennifer worked at Kurt Salmon UKI Ltd and Chubb Fire & Security in HR management capacities. Jennifer holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Management Studies from the University of Leeds.
