Richard Hirst

Richard Hirst is an experienced professional in experience design and web development, currently serving as Head of Experience Design at RSA since September 2019. Prior to this role, Richard held several positions at Queen Mary, University of London, including Head of Web, where responsibilities included developing web strategy focused on enhancing user experience, especially for student recruitment, and overseeing the web team as Deputy Head of Web. Richard's earlier career includes founding Richard Hirst Web Design as a freelance web designer, and serving as a Web Producer at Risk Waters Group. Richard Hirst holds a BA(Hons) in Creative Visualisation from Teesside University.
