Rob Palethorpe

Rob Palethorpe serves as the Risk Training and Communications Manager at RSA since July 2022 and has been a Programme Manager at Pont Faen Consulting Limited since 2005, leading an L&D consultancy with 35 years of expertise in change projects across financial services, engineering, and government.
