Ruth Rowlance is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and consultancy. Since April 2007, Ruth has held various leadership roles at RSA, including Head of People, HR Business Partner, and HR Consultant. Prior to this, Ruth worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Jaguar Cars from April 2004 to March 2007, and at Ford Motor Company from January 2003 to March 2004. Ruth graduated from The University of Edinburgh in 1999 with an MA (Hons) in Politics.
