Tracy Acord

Tracy Acord is currently a Senior Research and Insight Manager at RSA, where they have been since 2022. Previously, Tracy worked as an Insight Manager at RSA, Performance Analyst at Greenwich Children's Services, and Customer Loyalty Analyst at Satmetrix Systems. Tracy started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Leeds and served as an Assistant Auditor at the UK National Audit Office. They hold a Master’s degree with Distinction in Research in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Sussex.
