RSBG UK supports the small and medium-sized enterprises it invests in by retaining everything that makes them successful, while providing them with a unique platform for growth.

This platform replicates many advantages large firms have: investment in digital technology, shared legal, risk, finance and HR support, as well as a collaborative approach to market intelligence. This helps our brands win work in new markets.

What makes this possible is patience. Backed by RAG-Stiftung, we deal in 100% equity investments and operate a debt-free balance sheet. Behind this sits patient capital focused on long-term environmental and social obligations – not shareholders driven by the next quarter’s outlook.

We believe we have a unique model for investing in entrepreneurial companies and, since we launched, we are pleased to have grown into a group supporting over 1,200 careers in the UK.
