Taylor Baldwin

Taylor Baldwin is an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Risk Strategies Company since October 2021. With a strong background in music education, Taylor has also served as a Violin Instructor at Page Music Lessons since September 2017, focusing on fundamental techniques and tailored repertoire for students. Previous roles include Operations Coordinator at the Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT and Harvard, where Taylor led operational improvements and launched a virtual orientation program during the COVID-19 pandemic. As Care Specialist Manager at Candid™, Taylor developed a comprehensive training curriculum and managed onboarding processes. Early experience includes sales associate positions at The TJX Companies, Inc. and Guitar Center, as well as serving as a Private Instructor in the Suzuki Talent Education Program. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance from Berklee College of Music, earned between 2014 and 2017.
