Tracy has held various roles such as Managing Director at Risk Strategies Company, SVP at One Beacon, Product Manager at Chubb Insurance, and Corporate Network Manager at Aetna. Throughout their career, Tracy has specialized in creating and managing insurance products for health care entities and establishing networks of health care providers for national employer groups.

Tracy Hoffman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Western Connecticut State University from 1988 to 1992.
