Niels Houman

Niels Houman has a diverse professional background with significant experience in sales and talent management. Currently serving as Partnership Manager and External Sales BNPPF Network Manager at Arval BNP Paribas Group since September 2020, Niels has also held roles as Accountmanager and Talent Scout at RSC Anderlecht. Prior experience includes an Accountmanager position at MERGROUP and contributions to communications and HR projects at Weerts Supply Chain SA/NV and AutoVision Brussels S.A./N.V. Niels began a career in football as a player for RSC Anderlecht from 1999 to 2008. Niels holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Management with a focus on Public Relations from Erasmushogeschool Brussel, earned from 2007 to 2011.
