Iain MacGregor is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the energy and water treatment sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Envoy Group since February 2019, Iain established the family office to foster performance, innovation, and growth through servant leadership. In addition, Iain holds the positions of Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at RSE, a clean water technology company, since April 2022. Previously, Iain was Chief Executive Officer of Global Energy Group from July 2003 to February 2019, leading the company to significant growth and employing over 5,000 people. Iain's earlier experience includes co-founding and serving as a Board Director for Shell UK Exploration & Production. Academic qualifications include a First Class (Hons) degree in Business Studies from Robert Gordon University and completion of the Entrepreneurship Development Programme at MIT Sloan School of Management.
