Kerry Phillips is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, quality systems, and technical leadership. Currently serving as the Technical Compliance Manager at RSE since January 2024, Kerry plays a vital role in the Chemical and Biological Treatment Senior Leadership Team, focusing on strategic growth and process improvement. Previously, as the Compliance Risk and Assurance Manager at The North British Distillery Company Ltd. since September 2016, Kerry oversaw legal compliance and best practices for one of Scotland's prominent whisky producers. With a background that includes roles such as Quality Systems Manager and Technical Information Manager at the same company, as well as engineering positions at Alba Power and Aker Solutions, Kerry has developed a robust skill set in project management, documentation, and compliance across various sectors.
