Gavin Furcy

Gavin Furcy is a Business Development Manager at RSEA Safety NZ, where Gavin takes care of all PPC & PPE requirements. Prior to this role, Gavin worked at Compass Group as an Area Manager in the Waikato/Bay of Plenty region, overseeing a large portfolio and managing approximately 140 employees. With previous experience as a Unit Manager at Compass Group and as a Lodge Manager at Koura Lodge, Gavin has a strong background in team management, training, and health and safety programs. Gavin's culinary expertise as an Executive Chef at Tongariro Lodge and Sous Chef at The Old Parsonage Hotel further adds to their versatile skill set. Gavin holds a City & Guilds Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts and Patissiere from Northlink College and completed their Matric at Edgemead High School.
