Erika Danina Williams, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Integrated Capital at RSF Social Finance, where they contribute to the organization's vision and strategy, leads fundraising initiatives, and serves as an ambassador to the stakeholder community. Prior to joining RSF, Erika was the Co-Founder and CEO of Color Your World Personal Development & Coaching, LLC, from 2017 to 2021. Erika Danina also worked as a Donor Development Strategist at Oceanside Museum of Art from 2019 to 2021. Erika has also held positions at Union Bank as a Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor, at J.P. Morgan as a Vice President of Investments, and at Wells Fargo Advisors as a Financial Advisor. Erika Danina began their academic journey at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1989, studying Fine & Applied Art. However, they did not complete their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at this institution and their field of study remains unfinished.

In 1993, Williams enrolled at Chicago State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Graphic Design. Erika Danina successfully completed their degree in 1996, solidifying their knowledge and skills in the field of graphic design.

Seeking further professional development and advanced education, Williams then attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2006 to 2008. During this period, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on General Management and Competitive Strategy. This degree equipped their with valuable insights and strategies for effective management and decision-making in the business world.

Williams has also actively pursued additional certifications to enhance their skill set. In 2012, they obtained the Series 7 General Securities Representative Exam certification from FINRA, followed by the Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Exam certification in 2012. Continuing their commitment to the financial industry, they obtained the Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam certification in 2019.

More recently, in 2020, Williams acquired the Arbitrator, Dispute Resolution Program certification from FINRA, demonstrating their expertise in resolving disputes within the financial sector.

In 2021, they attended the ENGAGE! program offered by LEAD San Diego, further enhancing their leadership and engagement skills.
