Jennifer O'Connor is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and philanthropy. Currently serving as Executive Director at Funders for Regenerative Agriculture since January 2020, Jennifer also holds the position of Co-Chairman of the Food and Ag Policy Working Group. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Guidelight Strategies since December 2015, Jennifer focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of social enterprises and nonprofit organizations. Additionally, Jennifer has contributed as an Integrated Capital Fellow at RSF Social Finance and previously worked as a Global Health Fellow with USAID, concentrating on Sub-Saharan Africa. With a strong background in development roles at Wild4life and Groundwork Opportunities, where Jennifer co-founded and directed initiatives for community-led micro-development projects, Jennifer also served as Major Gifts Director at Amazon Watch. Jennifer O'Connor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
