Clare Underwood

Clare joined RS Group plc in March 2022 as Company Secretary and is also responsible for leading the Group Professional Services team which comprises the Company Secretariat, Pensions, Information Security, Legal and Compliance functions. Prior to joining RS Group plc, Clare was Chief Operating Officer and Group Company Secretary at John Laing Group plc and before that was Group Company Secretary and Head of London of Cable and Wireless Communications plc.
