Jill Coles

Jill Coles has extensive work experience in HR, holding various leadership roles in different companies. Jill worked at ITW as the HR Director for ITW Fluids Europe since 2017. Prior to that, they were the Global Head of HR for Corporate Services at RS Components starting from 2012. In this role, they led the implementation of a global restructure and was responsible for the design and delivery of the Global HR Strategy. Before that, they worked at RS Components as the Head of HR for the UK Geography and OD Programme Manager, where they provided HR support to the UK Operating Company and developed a new 5-year Global HR strategy. Jill also worked as an HR Business Partner in various roles within RS Components. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR for the Electronic Warfare Sector (EWS) at Selex Sensors & Airborne Systems from 2005 to 2007. In this role, they developed HR strategies and managed the HR service provision to the General Manager.

Jill Coles attended Teesside University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a BSc Hons degree in Human Resources Management. Jill also has a qualification from MCIPD.
