Rachael Watkins

Rachael Watkins is a Senior Product Designer & Design System Lead at RS since February 2022, where Rachael works on large scale UX projects across EMEA & APAC and creates a new design system for the Group wide launch of their new brand. Prior to this, Rachael was a UX and Digital Designer at Dynamic Procurement Holdings Ltd from April 2020 to January 2022, where Rachael led the design for Ava Choices and conducted market research for the new system. With a background in graphic design, Rachael has worked at Bonfire Creative Intelligence as a Graphic Designer and Hogarth Worldwide as a Junior Artworker. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Communications from the University of South Wales.
