Nazmul Hassan

Nazmul Hassan is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in high-voltage design and commissioning. Currently serving as an HV Design/Commissioning Engineer at RSGx since May 2022, Nazmul has contributed to the Melbourne Metro Project and the Sydney Metro Project. Prior experience includes roles as Electrical Lead (Design) at John Holland, overseeing the Rozelle Interchange Project, and as an Electrical Protection Engineer at EnerMech, where responsibilities encompassed the Sydney Light Rail and WestConnex M4E Projects. Additionally, Nazmul was a Design Specialist (Team Leader) at Telstra, and held various positions at XERVON GmbH, including Team Leader T&C and Senior Commissioning Engineer, focusing on protection and control schemes. Early career experience includes being a Service Engineer at GrameenPhone. Nazmul holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician from the Australia Institute of Business & Technology.
