Amanda Vaught

Amanda Vaught, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Amanda currently holds the position of VP HR Operations at RS&H. Prior to this, Amanda held the role of Human Resources Director at Enerflex Ltd. and Exterran, where they were responsible for overseeing HR operations. Amanda also has experience as a Supervisor in US Benefits and HR Programs at Trinidad Drilling, where they were involved in strategic planning, budgeting, and managing workers' compensation programs. Earlier in their career, Amanda worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Enerflex Ltd., a Human Resources Manager at Concrete Works Of Colorado, and an Onsite Coordinator at Kelly Services. Amanda also held positions in the education sector, serving as a Placement Director at IBMC College and an Assistant Director of Career Services at ITT Technical Institute.

Amanda Vaught, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Human Resource Management degree from Colorado State University Global, which was completed between 2022 and 2024. Amanda also obtained a SHRM-CP certification from Rice University in 2015. Prior to that, Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Colorado State University in 2000, and they started their education journey with an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Psychology from Casper College, which they completed between 1995 and 1998.
