Andrew Wheeler

Andy Wheeler is the Executive Vice President and National Operations Leader at RS&H, where they have contributed to over 500 projects since joining in 1998. They oversee all building-related work across multiple industry segments, including Aviation and Corporate, while also serving as President of RS&H Commercial Realty. Prior to their current role, Andy held the position of Division Chief for Land Use and Zoning with the City of Jacksonville. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, and Urban Analysis from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
